1. Take Cannabis Oil Daily – Made by Yourself
It’s not hard to make it, and by making it yourself (and perhaps even growing the plant yourself as well) you know exactly what you’re getting, and you know there are no pesticides or poisons added. And making the oil is actually really easy. Get together a few ounces of indica cannabis buds and either follow these instructions:
Or buy a Magical Butter machine, and it’ll do all the work for you:

And here are the incredibly simple instructions for using the Magical Butter machine:
Then you should follow Rick Simpson’s advice of building up the dosage:
“It takes the average person about 90 days to ingest the full 60 gram treatment. I suggest that people start with three doses per day, about the size of a half a grain of short grained rice. A dose such as this would equal about ¼ of a drop. After four days at this dosage, most people are able to increase their doses by doubling the amount of their dose every four days.”

Of all the steps you must take, cannabis oil is the single most important. Cannabis oil must be taken. You must take 60 grams of cannabis oil in 90 days.
And the high may not be fun, but in this case you just have to take your medicine, and deal with any side effects. Consider how much worse the side effects of chemo would be.
That said, if the high is too problematic then consider taking it right before bed, and consider buying some citicoline – which will reduce the high feeling. Supplementing with it about half an hour before you take the oil should have a major impact on the level of intoxication. You can buy citicoline from here.
2. Cut Down Your Processed Sugar
It’s often been said that cancer feeds on sugar, and cynics sometimes question the validity of the claim. Well, recently a research study at Cornell proved that cancer does, indeed, feed on sugar: Cancer feeding on sugar study
So cut right down on processed sugar for the duration of your cancer. You can still have natural sugar found in fruit and veg, though, which leads to me:
3. Juice Fresh Fruit and Veg Every Day
Look for a rainbow of different colors of fruit and veg. Kale, blueberries, broccoli, strawberries. The more colors and the more varied the juices the better.
4. Take a Milk Thistle Supplement
Milk thistle has been shown to have anti-cancer qualities. It has also been shown to regenerate damaged liver cells, to fight obesity and to aid circulation. If you’re suffering from cancer you need your liver working at an optimal level: it needs to get rid of toxins and keep your immune system working right. Milk thistle does this, and so even if it didn’t have anti-cancer effects it would be worth taking. When you factor in the anti-tumor properties as well, it’s an essential supplement.
5. Meditate Every Day
Try to meditate for 30 minutes a day. Why, you ask? Well, an effective 30 minute meditation a day will relax you tremendously, which has great therapeutic benefits. Never underestimate the way relaxation assists your body. If stress is a form of poison then relaxation is a medicine.
So meditation will ease your anxieties and stresses. It will also give you a pleasant feeling of mood elevation, and help keep your spirits up – which is crucial in this fight against cancer.
One final thing that meditation might give you: perspective. This one is harder to explain, but I’ll try my best.
As you meditate you may find yourself able to take a step back from your troubles, from the fears and stresses that are pressing in on you. By taking that step back it’s almost as if you’re able to come up for air… to swim to the surface and take a deep, cleansing breath, before diving back down into the fight.
That feeling of 30 minutes to yourself, of 30 minutes when you can leave your stresses and fears behind, and just be… that time can be a precious gift. And if you can commit to the meditation practice every day you might soon find it’s the most important 30 minutes of your day, and that your life is all the better for it.
For starting meditation you need instruction. I recommend the following audio books:
Jack Kornfield and Dr Daniel Siegel discuss the myriad benefits of meditation, for mental health, for cognitive improvements and for spiritual development. They also explain the connection between modern neuroscience and these ancient meditation practices.
There are a few meditations included in the audio book, but it’s mostly an extremely entertaining and educational eye opener about the merits of meditation, and why you and your family should consider it.
With 5 or 6 of the best meditations I’ve tried this is a really excellent CD. These meditation have no “religious stuff” – it’s purely aimed at sharpening and relaxing your mind. There are also several excellent lectures by Shinzen Young explaining why meditation is important and how it can benefit your life.
I was drawn to this in large part because of the strong scientific and psychological focus, as well as highlighting the tremendous benefits of daily meditation, which served to reinforce my determination to continue meditating.
Jack Kornfield is a great teacher of Buddhism and meditation techniques, and his natural sense of warmth and humor comes through strongly on this CD. I recommend it highly.
6. Don’t smoke anything, even cannabis, and certainly not tobacco
While Cannabis has profound anti-cancer properties, cannabis smoke contains carcinogens and tar. Therefore, you’re basically poisoning yourself by smoking it – and when you already have cancer that makes no sense at all. If you love smoking then buy a vaporizer, your lungs will thank you.
7. Get 8 hours of sleep a night
Rest is essential to your recovery. If you can’t sleep due to pain and/or stress, then a cannabis flapjack or tincture can be helpful before bedtime. Make it a kush… but not O.G. Something like Hindu Kush or Purple Kush. It will knock you out after a couple of hours.
Of course you might well find that the cannabis oil helps you sleep and you don’t need the extra assistance.
8. Get plenty of exercise and fresh air
Health permitting, of course. Exercise will strengthen your immune system and it will make you feel happier and healthier. So, unless your illness is too debilitating, find the time for some exercise – even if it’s just walking a mile a day or a bike ride. The fresh air will also rejuvenate you.
9. Stay Positive!
Lastly, you must stay optimistic and hopeful. You must believe you will get through this. You are making your body strong with this new diet, you are making your mind stronger and healthier with this meditation, you are making your muscles stronger with this exercise. It will be a fight, but it’s a fight you can win.
